SHIPPING & RETURNS
All products are shipped from Spain. Our website accommodates shipments to Europe and the United States. Please note that non-EU countries do not pay VAT, so this will be deducted from the purchase price in the check-out.
- All shipments are sent securely with track and trace.
- Shipping costs remain the same when ordering multiple items.
- We do not ship to a P.O. box. Please provide a physical address.
Returns
Customers have the right to return the product within seven (7) days after the product has been delivered.
The customer must inform GEL·BERT of its wish to return the product by sending an email to [email protected] within the aforementioned period of seven (7) days after the product has been delivered to the customer. This email should include the following information: order number, name, phone number, email address and delivery address.
After receipt of this e-mail, GEL·BERT will provide a Returns Authorization number (“RA Number”) to the customer. After receipt of the RA number, the customer will have an additional seven (7) days to return the product. The customer must bear the costs for shipping the products to GEL·BERT.
Returned products must be unused, undamaged and returned in their original unopened packaging. Returns attempted without satisfying all of the aforementioned conditions, will not be accepted. Customers must bear the costs of shipping the goods to GEL·BERT.
The customer is responsible for the chosen shipping method of the return. This means that GEL·BERT cannot be held responsible for any returns which are (for example) lost and/or damaged in the mail when being returned. We therefore advise you to choose registered shipping, request tracking information and ensure the package contains the returned product(s). GEL·BERT does not make any exceptions to this policy.
After receiving and accepting the returned products, GEL·BERT will refund the total purchase price to the Client within fourteen (14) days.
If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, please save the box and the merchandise and notify us immediately.

Customs
All international packages in the EU, The United States of America and Canada, could be charged with customs fees upon their arrival in the country of destination. These costs are determined by the country of arrival. GEL·BERT cannot be held accountable for these charges, the customer is responsible for handling the costs. GEL·BERT cannot predict the amount of duties and taxes charged by the customs authorities as these charges vary widely. If you have other questions regarding duties and taxes in your country, please contact your local customs office.
